Ordering Quantity

To ensure a smooth and efficient ordering process, it's important to have your desired quantity ready before your appointment. We recommend ordering 10% more than you think you'll need to prevent the need for re-ordering later on.

No Photos at Appointment

To maintain the privacy of our clients, we do not permit photography during appointments. However, if you need to consult with a decision-maker about the styles you are interested in, you can do so through video chat during your appointment. Additionally, we can order physical proofs of in-stock items for a nominal fee.

Proofing

Proofreading your order carefully is crucial to ensuring that the final product accurately reflects your vision.

Take the time to check for any mistakes, inconsistencies, or omissions, and ensure that all the details are correct.

Once you provide your approval and the printing process begins, the order will be printed as-is.

Digital Proofs: This proof portrays a representation of your final printed material. On-screen proofs may not always accurately represent the final product. Color may vary in printing. It does not represent the actual paper stock. DIGITAL PROOFS ARE DELIVERED IN A PDF FORMAT VIA EMAIL

Physical Proofs: Upon request charged based on the smallest quantity per vendor. Shipping may apply.

Outer Envelopes

It is not advisable to use dark envelopes with white print for your mailing envelopes. Instead, consider using black or dark-colored inner envelopes with white printing. When it comes to items with embellishments such as rhinestones or wax seals on envelopes, it's recommended to place them on the inner envelopes rather than on the outer envelopes.

Please be aware that using dark envelopes and embellishments on the outers may increase the risk of your invitations becoming lost in the USPS or getting returned.
